The aim of this questionnaire is to register your interest in joining OPEN. It also gives you options for the level of information we send you regarding OPEN’s events. Additionally you have the opportunity to pick ways in which you are willing and able to assist OPEN in achieving its Mission, as stated here. Please note that your data will be saved electronically and protected so it will only be used by OPEN Steering Committee Members in legitimate ways to pass you OPEN information or further our Mission. The details of the Steering Committee are given here. Your personal details and the answers you give, will not be passed to third parties. If, for example, you have volunteered to Mentor someone, we will contact you directly and ask permission to pass your information to a particular person who is a prospective Mentee.
