OPEN welcomes all Town Planners, Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors living in Oman, whether they are members of OSE or not. There is no membership fee.
Members of OPEN will be able to participate free of charge in all professional events organised by OPEN. They can enjoy, access to the knowledge bases of OSE and the supporting Professional Bodies. Young professionals can receive assistance and mentoring to help them achieve their PQs from Senior Members of OPEN.

A University Degree is the starting point of a lifelong journey of professional development comprising attaining practical experience and upgrading knowledge. A Professional Qualification is a testimony of Senior Peers that a professional has achieved the required level of knowledge & experience to meet attributes required for a successful performance in a profession / occupation. Normally a qualified Professional should maintain membership of a Professional Body. Professional Bodies make significant contributions towards upgrading the professional knowledge & skills of their members, by training, continuing professional development & maintaining huge Libraries & Knowledge Bases to serve their membership.
